Case Studies

Real systems, real outcomes.

These are real client engagements, anonymized to protect the businesses involved. Where exact numbers cannot be shared, I describe outcomes in honest ranges. Specificity matters more than logos.

AI agents SaaS for cold outreach

▸ Thirty-second walkthrough of the four-agent cold outreach pipeline.
Industry
AI / sales tooling
Scale
Custom build for a client
Duration
Delivered as a one-time build, currently running in production

The problem

Cold outreach is broken at scale. Bad targeting plus generic pitches push reply rates below one percent. Mail merge personalization fools nobody. The client wanted real personalization without paying a human team to do it manually.

The diagnosis

Real personalization needs a system, not a template. The work splits cleanly into separable agent responsibilities: finding the right prospects, understanding each prospect, writing something specific to them, and sending it without sounding automated.

What I did

Built a four-agent pipeline. Agent 1 finds qualified leads against the client's ICP. Agent 2 audits each lead's website end to end. Agent 3 generates a personalized presentation using outputs from agents 1 and 2. Agent 4 sends a conversation-starter email referencing one specific finding from the audit by name.

The insight

The non-obvious choice was making each conversation-starter email reference one specific finding from the website audit, not a generic "I read your blog" template. That is what drives reply rates. Every other piece of the system exists to make that one sentence specific and credible.

The result

System eliminates 40+ hours per week of manual research and outreach work for the client. Currently running in production. Built and delivered as a one-time engagement; client owns and operates it.

SEO foundation for an AI startup

▸ Thirty-second walkthrough of the territory-mapping SEO approach.
Industry
B2B / B2C SaaS, AI technology
Scale
Early-stage startup, pre-growth phase
Duration
6 to 12 months

The problem

Low organic visibility. No inbound pipeline. Sales relied entirely on outbound, which capped the growth ceiling.

What I did

Built the SEO foundation from scratch. Competitor analysis, Search Console setup and ongoing monitoring, keyword tracking, content structure optimization. Treated SEO as architecture, not blog volume.

The result

Organic traffic grew approximately 3 to 5x within the first six months. Inbound demo requests went from zero to consistent weekly volume. The pipeline was no longer outbound only.

▸ The rest of the book

Three featured. More in flight.

These are the public ones. The same method runs every other engagement: audits, build sprints, and ongoing growth retainers across SaaS, AI startups, and local businesses. Not every client publishes, and that is the trade. Specificity over logos.

FAQ

Common questions about these engagements

Why are these case studies anonymized?
Client confidentiality. Most engagements come with NDA terms or commercial sensitivity around metrics. Anonymizing keeps the method and outcomes shareable without exposing the client. If you want a referral conversation, that happens after a fit check.
Can I see exact revenue or conversion numbers?
Not publicly. Where I can share outcome ranges I do. Exact numbers and dashboards are walked through on a discovery call once we have a working NDA, if needed.
Are these the only engagements you have run?
No. These are three featured engagements that span the three engagement shapes I offer: a build, an SEO foundation, and a paid acquisition stack. Many other engagements live in audits, ongoing retainers, and one-off builds across SaaS, AI, hospitality, and e-commerce.
How long do most engagements run?
Audits are 1 to 2 weeks. Build engagements run 4 to 12 weeks depending on scope. Support retainers run monthly and are only available after a build. The featured cases here ran between 6 and 12 months because they spanned SEO maturity cycles.
